All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotions. Any delays will be communicated via email.
